I'm Mel, a mom of 2, entrepreneur, passionate, hardworking and dedicated to creating the most special and unforgettable experience for your child and their friends!
5 years ago in 2014 I had the idea to host a camp out for my then 7-year-old son and 5 of his friends…
I immediately got stuck in with details as party planning is something that excites my soul!! We had a huge tent, piled in the mattresses, torches for spooky stories, popcorn and snacks and of course, gross games that boys would love – think slime and bugs!! The boys had such a fun time at the camp out that it was talked about year after year!
It wasn’t until 2016 and change in career that the thought of that epic party came into my mind again and my imagination went wild with what I could do with it and how I could put a unique spin on this party theme…. And then came Teepee dreamerz!!

Teepee dreamerz is all about creating the perfect teepee party for your child to remember for years to come and also to make it stress-free for parents. We combine beautiful fabrics, décor and props to turn an ordinary room into a magical room! We stop at nothing to make sure our littlest clients enter the room with the biggest smiles on their faces!

In August 2018 I launched Teepee dreamerz Daze & Nightz glamour picnics along with Lee, our Midrand teepee party specialist, which has put a whole new spin on outdoor dining and celebrating in style! I’m so excited with what this has in store!

What sets us apart is our authenticity, attention to detail and absolute love for what we do…aka PASSION! My life motto is Do what you Love, and Love what you do and this radiates in every party created.

We are available for boys and girls sleepovers, campouts, movie night parties and MORE. You don’t need to be celebrating an actual birthday to have fun with our Tepee dreamerz teepee’s, we cater for school break up night’s, play dates, picnics and “just because” treats!!
